Through advanced interventional procedures and partnerships with other healthcare providers, we have helped countless Alaskans achieve the quality of life they deserve. As established leaders in the field, Advanced Pain Centers of Alaska has introduced quality interventional pain services to many areas of the state. Our experience coupled with advanced training and knowledge of the latest research in treating pain, has kept us on the forefront of pain medicine. Our providers actively share their expertise and contribute to a healthier Alaska by teaching medical students, lecturing to groups of healthcare providers and serving on state regulatory bodies.

Radiologic Technologist – Looking for the Perfect Part- Time Job?   

Anchorage ambulatory surgery center seeks Radiologic Technologist, 3 / week, Tuesday -Thursday.   Responsibilities include a variety of duties such as providing fluoroscopy guidance to surgeons via C-Arm;  procedure set-up and room turnover;  image recordkeeping within the EHR and PACS server; assisting Clinical Director with CQI  activities and with ensuring compliance with state regulations, radiation safety policy and procedures, etc.  Critical thinking, professional demeanor, strong communication skills and strong organizational skills a must. Experience with C-Arm required. Min. 1 yr. exp. preferred, but will train.  Medical office practice preferred. Experience with electronic health records strongly preferred.
