Appointment Info: If you are being referred to Advanced Pain Centers of Alaska from another healthcare provider, please bring MRI reports/films and any other relevant medical records with you to your appointment.

If you are not being referred to us by your family physician or other healthcare provider, you will see our Advanced Nurse Practitioner on your initial appointment. He/She will evaluate you in order to direct care to the team of our providers who can most effectively treat your pain.
