Dr. Grant Roderer is the President and co-founder of Advanced Pain Centers of Alaska. He received his medical degree from the University of California, Irvine, after which he attended the University of Missouri, Columbia for an internship in general surgery. Dr. Roderer completed his anesthesiology residency and participated in a Pain Management Fellowship at the University of Arizona in Tucson.

Dr. Roderer came to Alaska in 2000 as co-founder of Advanced Pain Centers of Alaska. He holds the vision of providing exceptional and up-to-date medical care to the people of Alaska. Dr. Roderer is board certified in both anesthesiology and pain medicine, and is an active member of the International Spinal Injection Society, the American Academy of Pain Management, the American Society of Anesthesiologists, and the American Medical Association. He is also a Clinical Instructor at The University of Arizona, Department of Pharmacy Practice & Science. Dr. Roderer appreciates the magnificent beauty of Alaska and what it has to offer. He and his wife enjoy traveling, hunting and fishing. They are active in their local church and serve as members of an organization that supports Christians and Christianity in the Holy Land.
