Deborah Kiley completed her undergraduate nursing degree at the University of San Francisco before receiving her Masters Degree in Nursing from the University of California Los Angeles. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has extensive pain management experience, having practiced in a comprehensive multidisciplinary pain management program in Southern California. Deborah moved to Alaska in 1994 and taught in the Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Alaska, Anchorage for five years. She joined Advanced Pain Centers of Alaska in 2004. Deborah continued her professional studies and obtained a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Rush University in December of 2008.

NP Kiley is a strong patient advocate and is active in health policy issues at both the state and national levels. A Fellow of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, she is board certified by both the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Deborah serves as Chair of the Alaska Medical Care Advisory Committee and is Region 10 Director of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She enjoys spending time with her family and practicing Judo at Anchorage Dojo.
